The Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development has detailed significant growth in the operations of its Musaned platform during the first half of 2026. The platform enabled recruitment from 39 countries across 27 professions through a network of 6,164 external recruitment agencies and 721 domestic recruitment offices. It recorded more than 122,000 service transfer requests and issued over 450,000 contractual insurance policies in the period according to the ministry. This expansion builds on the previous year’s coverage of 33 countries as reported in the ministry’s 2025 review of the platform.

The ministry said the platform has strengthened the domestic labor sector by deploying an integrated digital system. This system streamlines recruitment procedures and protects the contractual rights of all parties involved. It simultaneously elevates standards of governance and transparency throughout the recruitment process.

Several new regulatory initiatives were introduced through the platform during the six-month span. These include a policy addressing worker absences, mandatory medical insurance for domestic workers and a grace period allowing individuals to rectify their legal status. The measures are designed to promote compliance and foster greater stability in the sector the ministry explained.

Electronic payroll options for domestic workers have been increased to 16 different channels. The expansion enhances financial transparency and ensures proper documentation of all monetary commitments between employers and workers according to the announcement. In 2025 the platform executed more than 1.6 million salary transfer transactions a prior ministry statement showed.

The Musaned platform maintains a customer satisfaction rate of 92 percent based on the ministry’s earlier assessment. Its services now support a broader range of nationalities and professions than in previous years. Overall the platform has served more than 4 million users since its inception the official site indicates.
